Terms of Service

1. The Service

FreeAIPix provides a free, browser-based tool that generates images from text using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided free of charge, without requiring an account, and on an "as is" basis. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You must not use it to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or discriminatory.
• Create or impersonate real, identifiable people without their permission.
• Reproduce logos, brand marks, trademarks or copyrighted characters you do not have the right to use.
• Submit confidential, personal or sensitive data of others.
• Overload, disrupt or attack the Service, or try to reverse-engineer it.

3. AI outputs & your responsibility

The Service produces machine-generated images. Outputs may be inaccurate, distorted or unsuitable for a particular use — hands, faces and any text inside an image are especially prone to errors. You are responsible for reviewing any image before you publish or use it, and for making sure its use complies with applicable law and with the rules of any platform where you post it.

We make no guarantee that a generated image will be accepted anywhere, look a certain way, or achieve any result.

4. Ownership

• Your images: the pictures you generate are yours to use, including for personal and commercial projects, subject to the Disclaimer and to the fact that you alone are responsible for what you choose to generate and where you publish it.
• Our content: the FreeAIPix name, logo, design, layout and code are ours (or our licensors') and may not be copied or reused without permission.

5. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that the AI model will always be reachable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeAIPix and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service — including from reliance on a generated image. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service (which, for this free Service, is zero).

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including an AI image model and our hosting provider. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or policies of those third parties, and your use of generated images is also subject to the terms of the AI provider that produced them.

8. Availability & termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability. We may also restrict access if we believe these Terms are being violated.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change, and the current version always lives on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We will try to resolve any disagreement amicably first.
