Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

FreeAIPix does not require an account, so we never collect a name, email address or password to use the generator. The text prompt you type and any reference image you upload are used only to produce your picture and are not saved to our servers.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit — purely to keep the site secure and working.

2. How we use information

• To generate the image you asked for.
• To keep the website fast, stable and secure.
• To understand, in aggregate, how many people visit and which pages they use, so we can improve the tool.

We do not sell your data, and we do not build advertising profiles of individual visitors.

3. AI image generation (important)

When you click Generate, your text prompt — and any reference photo you upload — is sent to a third-party artificial-intelligence image model so it can create your picture. We do not store that prompt or image on our own servers.

• The AI model processes the request only to return an image.
• Because your input leaves our page to reach the model, do not submit private, confidential or sensitive information, and do not upload photos of real people without their permission.
• Generated images are machine-made and may contain mistakes (especially hands, faces and text), so review them before use.

The AI provider has its own data practices; by using the generator you also accept that your prompt is handled by that service to fulfil your request.

4. Cookies & analytics

FreeAIPix itself sets no tracking cookies and does not save your prompts or images between visits.

• We use Google Analytics to measure traffic in aggregate (visitor counts, countries, pages). This may place a small cookie or use browser storage to count visits.
• Our hosting provider (Netlify) may set essential cookies needed to deliver the site.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the generator still works without them.

5. Third-party services

To operate, the site relies on the AI image model (for generation), Netlify (for hosting) and Google Analytics (for traffic measurement). Each processes data under its own privacy policy and only as needed to provide its part of the service.

6. Data retention

Because we do not store the prompts or images you submit, there is nothing of yours for us to retain. Technical logs kept by the host are deleted on their standard schedule, and analytics figures are kept in aggregate only.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, and to object to processing. Since we do not hold an account or your submitted prompts, most of these rights are already satisfied by design. For anything else, contact us and we will respond.

8. Children

The service is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the tool or our providers change. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised, and the current version always lives on this page.
