A note on AI-generated images.

Please read before you publish

Every picture FreeAIPix makes is created on the spot by a third-party artificial-intelligence model, from the words you type. That means the images are machine-generated drafts — impressive, fast and free, but not guaranteed to be accurate, original or fit for any particular purpose. This page explains the limits honestly, so you can use the tool with confidence.

1. The output is a draft, not a fact

The model imagines pixels; it does not look things up or check them. It can invent details that look real but are not, get anatomy wrong, render text as nonsense, and quietly ignore parts of your prompt. Always look a result over before you rely on it or share it as if it were a photograph of something real.

2. What the model tends to get wrong

Hands & facesExtra fingers, odd eyes and warped features are common. Zoom in before you use a portrait.
Text in imagesSigns, labels and logos inside a picture are usually garbled. Add real text afterwards.
Exact detailsSpecific counts, brands or real-world facts are not reliable. The model guesses, it does not know.
ConsistencyTwo runs of the same prompt give two different pictures. There is no "the" correct result.

3. Use it responsibly

✓ Do

  • Use results for ideas, mock-ups, headers, art and inspiration.
  • Review and, where needed, edit the image before publishing.
  • Label AI-made images as AI-made when context matters.
  • Keep a copy of the prompt, in case you want to recreate it.

✗ Don't

  • Generate real, identifiable people without their permission.
  • Recreate logos, brand marks or copyrighted characters you don't own.
  • Use outputs to mislead, defame, harass or break the law.
  • Treat an AI image as proof of a real event or a real person.

4. Ownership & your responsibility

The images you generate are yours to use, including in personal and commercial projects. But "yours to use" also means you carry the responsibility for what you choose to generate and where you publish it — for copyright, trademarks, the rights of any people depicted, and the rules of the platform you post to. We cannot review or pre-approve your images, so that judgement is yours.

5. The third-party model

Generation is performed by a third-party AI service. We pass your prompt to it and return the image; we do not control how that model behaves, and it has its own terms and data practices (see our Privacy Policy). If the model is slow, rate-limited or unavailable, the tool may fail or return an error — that is outside our control.

6. No warranty, limited liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, generated images are provided "as is", without any warranty of accuracy, originality, non-infringement or fitness for a purpose. FreeAIPix and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, a generated image. See the Terms of Service for the full liability position.

In short: the tool is free and the images are yours — but they are drafts from a machine that imagines rather than knows. Look before you use, create responsibly, and when in doubt, ask us.
